BONDING

To clear the consignments from customs, the bill of entry (BOE) is the most important document. In a warehouse bonded bill of entry, the importer can allow the consignment to be warehoused at the customs bonded warehouse and postpone the clearance to a future point of time.

In such an instance, the importer does not have to pay duty since the duty is very high. In an ex-bonded bill of entry (BOE), the importer can let the consignment be warehoused at the customs bonded warehouse and can choose to clear the customs in parts. In such cases, the importer will have to pay duty in parts. If there is a revision in the tariff, then the existing rates will be applicable to remove the other part of the consignment.

To clear the Ex-Bond BOE, our custom representatives will fill the necessary documents on behalf of the importer and coordinate the clearance activity.
